Deliveries

If it appears damaged, you must systematically REFUSE it so that Colissimo can reimburse the shipping costs and we can send you a replacement.

Delivery times are given for guidance purposes only; If these delays exceed 8 days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the buyer refunded.

OPTIONAL INSURANCE offered

We guarantee against any damage during transport.
- Without this insurance we offer, and if you accept the package and a product is damaged (broken glass, for example), you will not be entitled to a refund or a replacement frame.
- With this insurance, you notify us immediately (within 2 business days of receiving the package), and we will exchange the damaged frame by sending you a new one.
